Online Registration & Accommodation Form

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES AND RATES:

*Please click here to reach the LMI Countries list based on World Bank classification. If you are not a resident of one of the LMI Countries, you are not eligible for this category and the Meeting Secretariat has the right to change your registration type.

**Medical Students & Medical Trainee ID card must be submitted during the online registration process.

Registration fee for all the Meeting registration categories includes: Entry to all meeting sessions, entrance to the exhibition area and poster sessions, mini-program, online CNS Journal, ID badge, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, 48th Society Annual Networking Dinner

Registration fee for Accompanying Person Includes: ID badge, welcome reception, 48th Society Annual Networking Dinner

Cancellation of Registration: Your registration will be confirmed by letter once the Meeting Secretariat receives your full payment.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until and on 11 October 2022 up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50.-USD deduction for administrative expenses.

For cancellations received on and after 12 October 2022 the registration fee will be non-refundable.

• Notification of changes in reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

The official currency of the congress is USD.

Payments should be made in advance by one of the two following means.

• Bank transfer to:

Please make your bank transfer for your registration fee excluding the bank transfer charges.

• By credit card:

Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for charging all costs. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.

We regret that we are unable to accept personal, company, bank or USD cheques.

Registration and Information Desk

During the Meeting, there will be a Registration Desk within Sands Expo & Convention Centre for on-site registrations and distribution of the name badges and for helping the participants with the issues related to their registrations. The opening hours of the desk will be announced on the closer dates to the Meeting.
